Kontraktor is founded by Ernesto “Nikko'' Baluyot, one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines who also runs several companies through Kongan Group of Companies, which is the mother company of Kontraktor.
Nikko believed and trusted his colleagues who are in the field of Interior Design and Architecture. They are now the team behind the works and success of Kontraktor.
